Have you ever thought about starting up your own business?
Ever dreamed of the day when you wouldn’t have to get up way too early every morning and go to work for someone else’s dreams, trading your time for money? Ever longed for the day when you wouldn’t have to sit in that bumper-to-bumper slow moving traffic for hours each day?
Did you ever feel trapped and tired of the office grind, the corporate grind or whatever rat race you happen to be in?
Maybe you’ve been thinking about quitting your
job but you just don’t know what to do instead. Do you feel you're getting too old too fast and still have not broken lose? Still have not ventured out to do that which you know you were meant to do.
You really would want to but you are not sure.
Not sure about what to do or how to do it. Not sure if you have enough of what it takes to succeed. And not sure where to turn for help when you need it.
Maybe you think you don't know enough about computers or about the internet. Or whatever.
But you always wanted to create something for yourself.
Something that would make it possible to be your own boss, to work the hours you want and to do it from wherever you prefer to do it. And to create something that will give you a freedom lifestyle that allows you to travel, to grow and to give.
Well, if you can relate to any of the above, I would like to say:
Welcome to this website! And to an exciting journey! Together.
I was in that position. And I have taken the leap of faith and pressed “Restart.” I am creating my new future by building a business on the internet.
I am now living a life where I set my own work hours. I work from home, from the beach or from the nearest Starbucks - wherever there is an internet connection.
You Can have a Better Life After 50!
You know, many people dread the age of 50 and beyond. They are afraid of approaching retirement. I have found life just keeps getting richer – if you let it.
But of course there are challenges.
I have had some serious health challenges. They have made me more interested in eating right and taking good care of my body. To do all that I can do to live a healthy and active life.
I have been through a divorce with consequences on other family relationships, too. That has made me so much more aware of the gift that I have in my children, grandchildren and other precious family and friends that I am privileged to have in my life.
And the longer you live, the more likely you are to lose someone you don’t know how to live without. I have, too.
And yet, I have learned that through all of life’s difficulties and all the good times, too, as long as you keep an attitude of learning from all of your experiences, your life can truly become richer.
So, I continue my personal development of both mind and body – and business. And I invite you to take part as I share what I learn and experience along the way. My purpose is for you to see that there really is a Better Life After 50!
Here is some more information about me and my background.
More About Me
A happy “baby boomer” (see below) enjoying a "laptop lifestyle" and the freedom it gives me to experience the physical world in all its beauty where I live and in various parts of the world.
Swedish, the father of four, grandfather of four, divorced and living in a suburb of Stockholm, Sweden. My three oldest children are married, all of them to Americans.
I have spent most of my working life in the corporate world doing project management, business development and general management. Many fascinating assignments and responsibilities through the years. But for quite some time I was experiencing a lack of motivation working for other people’s dreams. And I was getting increasingly unhappy about working in a corporate environment where it is difficult to see what real difference my efforts make in other people’s lives.
A few years ago, I came “inches” away from hitting the “brick wall” (i.e. total burnout) while running a big and very challenging project. That experience finally opened my eyes. Do I really want to use up my best energy and strength doing this?
Why not rather find a way to work for myself? Preferably a way to work the hours I want and at the place I happen to be. In other words, very flexible. And at the same time, I wanted to be able to make a GOOD income to enjoy life after retiring from the corporate grind and be able to travel and to assist my children and grandchildren.
One way that I get to experience my FREEDOM LIFESTYLE - going skating on incredibly smooth ice on a beautiful winter day.

Where and What
Born and raised in Stockholm, Sweden, I have also lived, studied, worked in Austria (Tirol), Britain (Wales), and the United States (California).
I have worked for big international corporations and for smaller businesses. It has been in the travel, banking, consulting, and postal industries.
After many years as an atheist, I set out to “convert” a believeing person dear to me. Instead, I learned that the spiritual aspects of life are at least as real as the physical. This was life-changing and led me to the fascinating study of theology.
After taking a degree in theology, beside my regular work, for many years I was also active in church ministry, serving people and supporting their personal and spiritual development.
And What Is a Babyboomer?
I belong to the Baby Boomer generation. Baby boomers are the big bunch of people that were born between the end of World War II and early/mid 1960’s. We are past 50 today. Some are already in retirement and many more are quickly approaching it.
Some baby boomers have it all set financially for retirement, others don’t. But regardless of this, so many of us have a stronger desire than the generations before us to actually make something of our lives. Fill our lives with rich content, build something for ourselves, travel, give, create. And to not just “get older” but to continue living a rich life both before and after retirement – a better life after 50.
